Be sure to use your personal days before winter recess which begins on Monday, December 20th. All unused personal days will expire on December 31st.
Prepare to receive your W2 by reviewing your home address. To review and update your information, navigate via PeopleSoft to My Self Service > My Personal Details > Addresses.
The last day to contribute to the Holiday Giving Box (located on MJ’s desk) is Friday, December 10th. All donations will be gifted to our Countway custodial staff. Reach out to MJ with any questions.

Library hours for Winter break
The library is closed to the public for Winter Recess on December 20th - January 2nd. Staff may volunteer to work in the building from December 20th through December 23rd.
Renovation update
The African art and sculptures that have been in storage since the renovation are returning to the second floor of Countway by the end of December.
The next Countway All-Staff meeting is Tuesday, November 23rd at 10:30 am on Zoom. Dominic will be presenting on the human remains committee and the Warren Anatomical Museum.
The next Countway Town Hall meeting is Wednesday, December 8th at 1 pm on Zoom.
