Each fall, the Countway Resource Fair gathers Harvard Longwood’s faculty, students, staff, and postdocs for a lively showcase of emerging technologies and library services. Hosted on Countway’s renovated first floor and L1 level, the event features dozens of exhibitors—from publishers and database providers to librarians and archivists—sharing tools that support everything from surgical education to streamlined research. With interactive activities like Resource Fair Bingo, raffle prizes, swag bags, and refreshments, it’s a fun and engaging way to explore Countway’s wide range of offerings.
How To Make The Most Out Of The Fair
- At the fair: use your bingo card to make sure you hit all the booths and enter to win premium raffle prizes
- Get there early: the first 500 attendees get a free swag bag
- Ask questions: librarians, archivists, tech specialists, and vendors are ready to help with personalized recommendations
- Look for something unexpected: many of the tools and technology on display are new and cutting-edge
- Take photos: tag us on social media (#CountwayLibrary) so we can like and repost your pics
- Tell us what you think: fill out the survey in the program so we can tailor the next fair to your needs!
