As the world of scholarly literature continues to shift toward new access models such as Full Open Access or Open Access with embargo periods (e.g., all content freely available except for the past year), Countway is adjusting some subscriptions to maximize the online resources we can provide to our users.
Beginning in January, a number of titles from the publisher Springer Nature will move from full current access to a more limited access model. This change will only affect lower-use titles and will not apply to major journals such as Nature, Nature Medicine, or Nature Aging.
Articles from titles that are no longer available with immediate access can still be obtained at no cost through Harvard’s document delivery service, often within 24 hours or less. If you have any difficulty using this service, please reach out to the Countway Info Desk on Level L1 or submit a request to our team via the Ask Countway page.
