Len Levin is the Deputy Director of the Francis A. Countway Library of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA. He is the Director of both the Research & Instruction Department and the Collections & Knowledge Management Department. Len holds a Masters Degree in Library and Information Sciences from Simmons College and a Master of Arts in Psychology and Religion from Andover Newton Theological School. Before joining the Countway Library in 2017, Len served at the Lamar Soutter Library at the University of Massachusetts Medical School beginning in 2003. Prior to then, Len was the Health Sciences Librarian at the Paul E. Woodard Health Sciences Library, New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He has worked in the health care field since 1982. He holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health with the rank of assistant professor.
