The sign in / log in process for users has recently changed.
The Countway website used to have a sign in button in the top right corner of the website that many users used to access Harvard Key. The tool that used this sign in was called "MyCountway" and was retired due to being incompatible with new systems.
Furthermore, there have been log in and sign in changes from our Harvard Libraries team in Cambridge.
Now, instead of logging into HarvardKey at the beginning of a search process, you are only asked to login once you attempt to access material.
