Where is the login button?

There is no single login button to access all Harvard Library resources. Each external resource (such as PubMed, Elsevier, Interlibrary Loan, etc.) requires a unique HarvardKey authentication. This is how the system works across all Harvard Libraries.

Instead you will be asked to sign-in when you are about to access the actual material. For example, if you click PubMed you won’t be asked to sign-in until you find an article that you’d like to access and click the blue “Try Harvard Libraries” button on the right.

(The link for PubMed is on the Countway homepage. Please look to the left below Announcements.)

Last Pass

Harvard University IT recommends simplifying logins by using the Harvard - Last Pass software. With this software you don't have to enter your login credentials every time you want to access new materials.
